Hi, I am a full time university student and Andrew is a full time professional. We are looking for someone to move into the spare room in our apartment. $210p/w ($240p/w for a couple) includes utilities, and wireless internet. Location is very close to UQ University, Toowong bus stop, Toowong train station, and the Regatta Citycat terminal. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Our household offers the perfect student/study environment, clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The living room is fully furnished with a big TV, a large balcony and an amazing 200 degree view overlooking the Brisbane River and the City sky-rises. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with microwave, slow cooker, deep fryer, and just about every appliance you can think of. The separated bathroom and toilet are always clean and tidy. We consider ourselves to be friendly, polite, respectable and easy going. We are sociable and active, and regularly go scuba diving, rock climbing at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, mountain bike riding, surfing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, motorbike riding, and all sorts of other crazy adventure sports. We love to share the experiences with others. Personally, I am interested in language exchange as I currently study a few different languages and linguistics at university, and I am also completing TESOL at TAFE, so people of all nationalities are welcome :) Michael and Andrew
