I have 1 male flatmate who is very easy going and great for a chat also housetrained and have 2 females housemates. Everyone works full time. The house is a bout 15mins-20mins from CBD. Everyone just has wireless internet so less hassle with bills. Electricity is shared between everyone so it keeps the cost down.
