The house has a big backyard with veggie garden, Bali style outdoor living with big undercover deck. a nice clean bathroom with spa bath. A near new kitchen with gas cooking. Someone that is clean is a must! Other than that we are pretty relaxed. We are a 29 female and 31 male couple. Super close to the beach about a 3 minute walk, minute walk to bus stop, walking distance to supermarket. I'm 28 female, vegetarian, artists/jewellery designer. I spend my free time surfing and skating. It is a three bedroom home and I will be looking to rent the 2 rooms.
