Your room has a with unique bay window and there is a bed, desk and clothes draws here, as well as furniture in the house but we can move stuff around if you have you own things. The house is 1 min walk to Miami Beach and Bus-stop, 3mins to Nobbys cafes/shops, and about 10mins bike ride to Bond Uni. The house is old but it has character, there is a good vibe and hopefully you could feel at home here. Great place to chill and quiet enough to study 40hrs a week - or yoga! and still its also a cool place for pre-party drinks, bon fires & good times.

Prefer female house mates only because girls aren't as messy as guys right? but actually anyone that is clean, cool & respectful : ) The house is 3 bedrooms, one other girl other room and me in 3rd room. There is a good group of girl and guy friends so you can make some friends even if you are not from around here. We could even have a dog in the back yard which would be awesome!
