There's the local shops, parks, pubs and as the property is privately owned and rented, which means no rent inspections!

$160inc bills (water,elec,gas) $400 for bond. (can discuss payment plans if you dont have the cash) Rent is either weekly, fortnightly by cash.

We are a professional couple in our 20s. One in HR, the other is FIFO so there will be max of 3 people at home but most of the time only two. We keep the house clean and tidy, have new appliances and are very friendly.

We have both a dog and cat so we prefer that you have no pets (fish or hermit crabs are ok).
